What are the recommended thicknesses for different materials?
- 304 Stainless Steel (Food screens/filters):φ0.5-1.0mm holes → 0.6-1.0mm plate thickness.φ1.0-2.0mm holes → 1.0-1.5mm thickness.φ2.0-3.0mm holes → 1.5-2.0mm thickness.
- Aluminum Alloy (Decorative/Ventilation, soft & lightweight): Choose one size thicker than stainless steel to prevent warping. (e.g., φ1.0-2.0mm holes → 1.2-1.5mm thickness).
- Hot-dip Galvanized Steel (Industrial ventilation): Similar to aluminum. For φ1-3mm holes, use 1.2-2.0mm thickness.
